A congress on Catholic Action was held in the Synod Hall, Vatican City State on April 27, 2017. The Holy Father gave a comprehensive intervention at the morning session.

The International Alliance of Catholic Knights was one of the International Organisations invited to attend.  The invitation was issued to the Secretary General and he will report  to the International Council in September.
